Institutional Social Responsibility

Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR)

At Apex University, social responsibility is an integral part of our academic culture. The University is committed to nurturing socially responsible individuals who contribute meaningfully to the betterment of society. Students and faculty members actively collaborate in various Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) initiatives to create a positive impact beyond the campus.

Our students are actively enrolled in community-oriented programs, which ensures compassion, sustainability and inclusive development. The University conducts some of the most important ISR activities that include:

Janmashtami food distribution drive:

When Janmashtami took place, the students of Apex University conducted a food distribution program among the homeless with the message of compassion, sharing and societal harmony.

One-Day School Outreach Camp Government School:

Students were taken to a local government school on a one day social outreach camp. The program involved cleaning of school environment and playing with children, promoting cleanliness, learning and social consciousness.

Couture Distribution by Fashion and Design Students:

Student representatives of the Fashion and Design Department also donated some of their clothes to the homeless by combining creativity and compassion to deal with the fundamental needs of humans.

Environmental Sustainability Initiatives:

In order to be environmentally responsible, students engaged in tree planting movements by planting trees and erecting bird feeders, which enhances the need to conserve biodiversity and ecological balance.

With such activities, Apex University inculcates a sense of empathy, responsibility and civic participations in the mindsets of the students. To achieve this, the University has been determined to have a culture of education that is accompanied by social accountability in which students learn to be responsible citizens and those who bring about a change.
